Founded in 2005 the company grew steadily for a few years gaining a loyal customer base. Re-launched in 2007 as Event Supplies Group (ESG) investing into Stainless Steel Kitchen Equipment and Event Power resulting in gaining many Corporate Clients.

Minimum Order

Due to administration costs we have a minimum order value of £50.00 + Transport + VAT.

Wash-up Service

Hygiene is of the upmost importance in volume catering equipment hire. Our company is committed to eliminating the five most common bacteria; Salmonella, Listeria, E coli 0157, Campylobacter and Clostridium perfingens, which can be present on hired catering items as a result of poor hygiene and cross contamination.

We process our cutlery through three different heating processes. The final stage is ultra-violet sterilisation which keeps the grain free from bacteria and ensures the cutlery is handled as little as possible thus resulting in the highest possible standard of hygiene. Cutlery is then vacuum sealed in plastic bags ready for use by customers. Similar processes are also used for all china and glassware. History has taught us that self-wash up does not comply with our levels of hygiene.

Delivery or Collection

We can deliver within Surrey, Hampshire, Kent, London, Wiltshire, East Sussex, West Sussex, Gloucester, Dorset, Somerset, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Bristol, from either of our main distribution centre or satellite centres. Delivery and collection cost start at £18.00 and increase according to actual kilogram weight or volumetric weight. There are delivery options for you to choose as you request an online quote. All hired equipment must be made available after 10.00am the day following the event.

Self Collection

We are rarely able to accommodate drop-in visitors or self collect at any of our centres. For your own personal safety and preservation of our hire equipment heavy machinery such as spit roast machines, ovens, cookers, fridges, and freezers are best delivered professionally using the correct loading ramps and strap fixings.
